It’s an original item. Works as it should.There are so many fakes so I appreciate someone selling originals.Do not expect this model of zippo to behave like the brass one.UPDATE:definitely exceeded my expectations..This would be an item that I would buy again no problem at all!Treated with respect this lighter will surprise you..Also fairly resistant to scratches despite the chrome look.

This was my first Zippo lighter and as a non smoker it seems an odd purchase however I have various other purposes for it that make it worth wile.The lighter itself is of course great quality as you would expect from Zippo. It has the classic zippo insert and seems pretty wind resistant!I filled it up straight away with the classic zippo lighter fluid and I believe i over filled it a tad as when i first lit it the entire lighter pretty much set alight however after a quick clean up it worked perfectly!I got a black ice and I have to say I did expect it to be a little darker as it is a chrome effect lighter however I do really like the look of it so I am happy!Seems perfect for everyday use or just for those whom collect lighters! Comes in the classic Zippo box so you can easily store/display it!

exactly what i was looking for. bit more shiny and reflective than i expected but this is not a negative aspect in my point. Its smooth shiny and works fine.

Fantastic did some research before hand and I knew that the black ice is more silver than black but it is exactly what I expected and wanted. Great quality!

This is a really good lighter I have never owned a zippo lighter but I will buy another if this one ever decides to die.Update a month later: this is still a great lighter so I think it’s going to last for years. I’ve had to refill it 4 times with zippo lighter fluid (you can use other fluid)I smoke cigars and you may know that you’ll pick up the taste of the gas if you use a disposable lighter but thankfully with petrol that doesn’t happen.
